What you will learn: All business continuity programs should contain basic elements in order to achieve the primary goal, which is to ensure that the organization continues to provide service and support for its customers and maintains its viability before, during, and after an event that interrupts operations. During this presentation we will examine these elements in detail, as well as approaches for establishing a business continuity program. |
